Cece Gapunuan is a Partner and Wealth Manager at Astor Financial Group. She has been with the firm since 2003. Cece works with high-net-worth to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families on holistic financial planning and wealth management. She also works with founders and C-level executives of businesses and start-ups in designing employee benefits packages and company retirement plans. Prior to joining Astor Financial Group, she worked as an Associate at Citibank, N.A.
Cece is a Corporate Investment Advisor, offering securities and investment advisory through SagePoint Financial, Inc., member FINRA/SIPC. She holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses and active California life, accident and health insurance license (CA # 0E54848). She is also a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor.
Cece received her Bachelors of Science dual-degree in Applied Economics and Finance with honors from De La Salle University, Philippines and Master of Business Administration with concentration in Finance with honors from University of San Francisco.
Cece loves to help people and cares deeply about financial literacy. She is an advocate for school zone safety in her neighborhood. She also regularly volunteers at her kids’ schools. She and her family love the island life and calls Hawaii their second home.
